  Hair cut turned out ok is the only reason i gave two stars. It was border line zeros stars. Someone please teach these people how to do the edge around the hair on the back of the neck. She took the shears and just rammed them into the skin. Over and over again. I had a huge red line all the way across my neck from the pinch marks and even a small scab where it broke the skin. Not a huge deal for an adult, but also happened to my young son and it's gonna be a while before i can talk him into going to the barber.
